# Five questions before you pay

Get the route, total price, deadline, access requirements, and refund terms in writing.

## Specify the exact route

Write down the game, server region, starting rank, target rank, and service type. Ask the seller to confirm the same configuration in its quote. A comparison is useful only when both quotes describe the same work.

## Ask for the checkout total

Save the quote and the last checkout screen before payment. Check the currency and every selected option. A base price is not the final price if the order needs extras. Ask which charges can change after payment.

## Define the deadline

Ask when the order will start and when it should finish. Keep both timestamps separate. Confirm how pauses and missed deadlines are handled, and whether the seller can replace the person assigned to an order.

## Clarify access and publisher rules

Ask whether the service requires account access or whether you play on your own account throughout. Read the current publisher rules. Do not interpret a seller’s privacy feature as permission from the game developer.

## Save the refund terms

Read the cancellation and refund policy before buying. Save a dated copy, including any exceptions. Ask what happens if no one starts the order or if the promised route cannot be completed.
