Identify the actual product in the listing
An account, a shared login, a game key, and an activation arrangement describe different products. Record the exact game, edition, platform, region, advertised contents, and any subscription dependency. Ask for clarification when the title and description describe different things.
A screenshot can show an account’s contents at one moment. It does not establish who controls recovery, whether the screenshot belongs to the listed account, or whether access can be transferred. Match the listing information with the delivered product and keep the original terms.
- Account or another access arrangement
- Exact game, edition, platform, and region
- Advertised contents and restrictions
- Login controls and email access included
- Delivery method and agreed deadline
Separate login access from recovery control
Ask whether the listing includes control of the associated email address, whether the address can be changed, and whether the seller retains a recovery route. Record what the provider promises about previous access, original registration details, and recovery claims. If the provider cannot establish a fact, leave it unresolved.
Changing a password can alter current login access. It does not, by itself, establish that every recovery route has been removed. An original inbox may be one part of recovery, while a platform’s support process may involve other records. Do not treat a password change or an email change as a guarantee against later recovery.
The relevant evidence is specific: the promised controls, the controls actually delivered, the buyer’s ability to use them, and any limitations disclosed before payment. Keep private account information out of public screenshots. A redacted record should preserve the claim being checked without exposing credentials.
Read the publisher rules separately from seller promises
A seller’s description does not decide whether a game or platform permits an account transfer. Steam’s Subscriber Agreement and Riot’s terms address account use and transfer restrictions. Read the rules that apply to the exact platform and game before purchasing, rather than assuming a marketplace listing establishes permission.
A replacement or refund promise is a seller remedy under its stated conditions. It does not change publisher enforcement rules, prove long-term access, or establish how the seller will handle a future claim. Save the terms and identify the company responsible for fulfilling them.
Check delivery against the recorded listing
Retain the receipt, listing capture, order reference, delivery timestamp, and the provider’s instructions. Verify the platform, edition, advertised contents, and available controls against what was agreed. Record any mismatch and ask the provider to respond through the order channel.
Avoid publishing passwords, recovery codes, full email addresses, order identifiers, or payment details. A useful review can describe a missing control or a delivery mismatch with redacted evidence. It does not need to expose the account itself.
| Listing claim | Evidence to retain |
|---|---|
| Platform and game edition | Original listing and delivered details |
| Account contents | Dated, redacted records |
| Email and login control | Agreed scope and observed controls |
| Delivery deadline | Order and delivery timestamps |
| Seller remedy | Saved terms and actual response |
Keep the conclusion within what was checked
A completed delivery check can establish that the documented order matched certain requirements at that time. It cannot establish universal safety or future access. State the limitations, including recovery routes that were not inspectable and any applicable publisher restrictions.
LootGrade keeps accounts distinct from coaching, boosting, and currency. A provider’s offer in one game does not establish an account offer in every game. The company research files preserve the recorded product scope; paid-order evidence and composite scores remain pending until the published requirements are met.
