  • The full page address and exact statement.
  • A dated source or order record that supports the correction.
  • A short explanation of what should change.
  • A reply address, only when the contact channel is available.

Do not send passwords, full payment details, or other buyers’ personal information. Redact order records before sharing.

How evidence is assessed

Supporting records must be checked against the evidence requirements. A request from a service does not itself change a score or remove a documented result.
